Een technische storing oplossen vraagt meer dan de juiste apparatuur: je moet verbanden zien, gericht analyseren en weten waar je moet zoeken. Als ervaren diagnosetechnieker krijg je hier de ruimte om jouw technische expertise volop in te zetten, met moderne diagnoseapparatuur en professioneel werkplaatsmateriaal. Je werkt aan voertuigen van Mercedes-Benz, denkt mee over complexe problemen en deelt jouw kennis met collega’s. Een uitdagende technische functie met werkzekerheid, een collegiaal team en een mooie tekenpremie als extra troef.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je analyseert technische storingen en spoort defecten op met behulp van moderne diagnoseapparatuur.
  • Je bepaalt de juiste oplossing en voert de nodige herstellingen uit.
  • Je overlegt met collega’s om technische problemen efficiënt aan te pakken en oplossingen te delen.
  • Je houdt de technische kennis binnen het team up-to-date en ondersteunt collega’s waar nodig.
  • Je registreert je uitgevoerde werkzaamheden nauwkeurig en rapporteert aan de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke.

Waar ga je werken?Je gaat aan de slag in een professionele Mercedes-Benz-werkplaats in Oostende, waar kwaliteit en technische expertise belangrijk zijn. Je maakt deel uit van een grote, stabiele automotive organisatie die blijft investeren in haar werking en medewerkers. Tegelijk werk je nauw samen met collega’s die elkaar ondersteunen en kennis delen. Zo krijg je de combinatie van professionele omkadering, technische uitdaging en mogelijkheden om je loopbaan verder uit te bouwen.

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in de automotive sector en bent opgeleid als diagnosetechnieker of reparatietechnieker met de ambitie om je verder te specialiseren.
  • Je beschikt minstens over een HEV1-attest.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen grondig en gaat doelgericht op zoek naar de oorzaak.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en nauwkeurig, maar hecht ook belang aan overleg en samenwerking.
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk, communiceert vlot en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid.
