Somos uma escola para a formação profissional de formuladores cosméticos. Ensinamos químicos, farmacêuticos e outros profissionais a criarem formulações de cosméticos. Nosso público é composto majoritariamente de empresários da indústria cosmética (marcas de cosméticos) e farmácias de manipulação.

Você fará parte de uma equipe humana, com grande foco em resultados e sua principal missão será fazer crescer nossa base de clientes através dos valores da nossa empresa. Buscamos alguém com proatividade e bom relacionamento em equipe para se desenvolver em um ambiente criativo, inovador e aprender sobre o processo de diversos tipos de formulações cosméticas do mercado.

Estamos à procura de um(a) Analista de Marketing versátil e apaixonado, capaz de atuar de forma estratégica e operacional nas áreas de marketing digital, social media e eventos.

Modelo de trabalho 100% presencial

Os principais desafios desta posição serão:

  • Planejamento de campanhas, de sites, automação de marketing, funil de vendas, campanhas eficientes.
  • Criar, executar e otimizar campanhas de marketing digital em diferentes canais, como mídia paga, e-mail marketing, SEO e redes sociais.
  • Impulsionar os resultados da marca com investimentos em tráfego pago, campanhas de conversão de leads.
  • Monitorar o desempenho das campanhas e fazer ajustes conforme necessário para garantir resultados positivos.
  • Configuração de automações de marketing: RD Station, ManyChat, outras.
  • Analisar métricas e KPIs de marketing digital para avaliar o desempenho das campanhas e identificar áreas de melhoria.
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de conversão para maximizar o retorno sobre o investimento (ROI) das campanhas digitais.
  • Manter os sites da empresa sempre atualizados.

O que é essencial que você apresente:

  • Cursando ensino Superior ou formado em Comunicação Social, Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Propaganda e Marketing e afins.
  • Conhecimento em RD Station Marketing, fluxos de automação e funis de vendas.
  • Domínio em Excel - elaboração de planilhas de controle.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, colaborar efetivamente e gerenciar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente.
  • Experiência comprovada na função de Analista de Marketing Digital.
