The posting

Profissional responsável por executar e acompanhar atividades de manutenção, montagem e inspeção mecânica em equipamentos e sistemas industriais, atuando em apoio à fiscalização de obras e serviços.

Realizará análise técnica de procedimentos executivos, acompanhamento de campo, verificação de conformidade com normas técnicas, especificações contratuais e requisitos de qualidade, segurança, meio ambiente e saúde (SMS). Atuará no controle e registro das atividades, avaliação de desempenho dos serviços executados e suporte técnico à tomada de decisão.

Principais atribuições:

  • Acompanhar e fiscalizar serviços de montagem e manutenção mecânica e civil;
  • Analisar procedimentos executivos e garantir conformidade com normas PETROBRAS/ABNT;
  • Inspecionar equipamentos, tubulações, válvulas e sistemas mecânicos;
  • Apoiar o controle de qualidade, medições e aceitação de serviços executados;
  • Registrar e reportar avanços, desvios e ocorrências em campo;
  • Participar de reuniões técnicas, análises de risco e planejamento das atividades;
  • Avaliar recursos mobilizados (equipamentos, mão de obra e materiais);
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos e de acompanhamento de obras e serviços;
  • Atuar no cumprimento de requisitos de SMS e boas práticas de engenharia.

Formação:

  • Curso técnico completo em Eletrotécnica, Elétrica, Eletromecânica ou áreas correlatas, reconhecido pelo MEC.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência mínima de 4 anos na função, sendo desejável atuação no setor de óleo e gás;
  • Experiência com montagem, manutenção e inspeção de equipamentos industriais;
  • Registro no Conselho de Classe.
  • Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos;
  • Conhecimento de normas técnicas (PETROBRAS, ABNT) e requisitos de qualidade;
  • Conhecimento em rotinas de fiscalização de obras e serviços;
  • Pacote MS Office básico.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em contratos Petrobras/Transpetro;
  • Conhecimento em controle de medições e relatórios de obra;
  • Experiencia no setor de óleo e gás.
