Sta jij stevig in je schoenen als leidinggevende in de supermarkt en wil je meer verantwoordelijkheid? In deze rol run jij je eigen slagerijafdeling binnen Nettorama. Jij stuurt het team aan en zorgt dat alles klopt. De kennis van vlees leren wij je. Jouw leiderschap maakt het verschil.

Wat ga je doen

  • Je stuurt je team aan en zorgt voor een goede planning en duidelijke afspraken
  • Je coacht collega’s en helpt ze groeien in hun werk
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor omzet, kwaliteit en een veilige werkomgeving
  • Je zorgt voor een verzorgde, goed gevulde en aantrekkelijke afdeling
  • Je werkt zelf mee op de vloer: van bereiden tot verpakken
  • Je regelt bestellingen en houdt overzicht op de cijfers
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe collega’s en maakt ze snel wegwijs
  • Je helpt klanten en zorgt dat ze graag terugkomen

Wat neem je mee

  • Ervaring als supermarktmanager, assistent-manager of afdelingsmanager
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van een team en het maken van planningen
  • Gevoel voor commercie en een nette winkelpresentatie
  • Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je staat open om alles te leren over vlees en vleeswaren
