GROWTH LEAD

Compensation: $180K-$250K OTE + meaningful equity

Backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Rippling, and Google, we turn executive-led content into revenue for the fastest-growing B2B companies. We're building content engines to help B2B companies turn LinkedIn into their number one channel.

We are hiring a Growth Lead to own how Virio finds, reaches, and converts its buyers. Content is the core of this role: you will make Virio the most visible name in our category, then turn that attention into pipeline. You will set the GTM strategy, build the systems behind it, and run them yourself. You report to the CEO and are measured on pipeline and revenue, not activity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own Virio's top-of-funnel strategy and number: which segments we go after, through which channels, with what message.

- Own Virio's content engine: run our internal EGC (employee-generated content) program, orchestrate content across the whole company, and make Virio go viral on LinkedIn.

- Build and run the outbound engine yourself: targeting, enrichment, scoring, routing, and sequencing across email, LinkedIn, and events.

- Use AI and automation (Clay, n8n or code, AI agents) so a small team outproduces a large one.

- Treat content as part of the sequence: turn executive and employee content into pipeline by catching warm signals and routing them fast.

- Set the weekly operating rhythm: pipeline targets, experiments, and reviews with the CEO and AEs.

- Personally open and work strategic opportunities alongside the CEO.

- Write the GTM playbook and decide when and who to hire behind you.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

- 5+ years in GTM, growth, RevOps, or outbound, including owning a pipeline or revenue number.

- You are strong at content and can show it, ideally by growing a LinkedIn account (yours or an executive's) to 10K+ followers and pointing to the pipeline it drove.

- AI-native (required): you use AI every day and have built AI-powered GTM workflows that ran in production.

- You lead from the front: you set strategy and still build the systems and run the plays yourself.

- You have sold or run outbound into founders, CMOs, and revenue leaders at B2B SaaS companies.

- You think in funnels and conversion rates and can explain what moved your number and why.

- You write well. Your outreach does not sound like everyone else's.
