The posting

Administrative Support, Content & Social Media, Video Editing, and CRM Location: United States ABOUT THE CLIENT A career and job coach based in the United States who works primarily with experienced professionals in marketing, creative, advertising, and communications. Her business focuses on helping experienced professionals navigate career development, job searches, career transitions, personal branding, and professional growth. As a solopreneur, Elisa currently spends much of her working day conducting one-on-one coaching sessions. Because these sessions require her full attention and presence, administrative tasks, content creation, video editing, and social media publishing have become bottlenecks. She is looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant who can help manage recurring administrative responsibilities, support her content production process, and improve the consistency of her online presence. The VA will help free up Elisa's time so she can focus on coaching clients, growing her business, and expanding her content marketing efforts. POSITION OVERVIEW The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative, content, social media, video editing, and CRM support. The primary responsibilities will include: Providing administrative assistance and helping organize recurring business tasks. Supporting content creation, preparation, and publishing across social media platforms. Editing long-form interview recordings and creating short-form video clips. Managing and scheduling social media content. Supporting CRM activities, including social posting calendars, email nurture campaigns, and drip campaigns. Helping maintain consistency in the client's content production and publishing workflow. The ideal candidate is a versatile VA who is comfortable working across multiple areas of business support, particularly social media, content operations, and CRM management. GoHighLevel (GHL) or comparable CRM experience is a required qualification for this role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. Administrative Support Provide general administrative assistance to help Elisa manage the operational side of her coaching business. Responsibilities may include: Assisting with routine administrative tasks and business-related organization. Helping manage and organize emails and other administrative communications as needed. Supporting document creation, organization, and management. Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate business information. Helping organize recurring tasks and administrative workflows. Providing general operational support to reduce the client's administrative workload. Assisting with other administrative responsibilities as assigned. The VA should help ensure that routine administrative work is handled efficiently so Elisa can prioritize coaching sessions and business development. B. Social Media Management and Content Publishing Support Elisa's social media presence and help maintain a consistent publishing schedule. Primary platforms: LinkedIn Instagram Facebook YouTube Responsibilities include: Uploading and publishing approved content across the client's social media platforms. Scheduling social media posts in advance. Organizing and maintaining a content publishing calendar. Helping manage the client's social media posting workflow. Preparing and organizing content for publishing. Repurposing existing content into different formats for social media. Supporting the distribution of video content and clips. Helping ensure content is published according to the agreed schedule. Assisting with maintaining consistency across the client's social media channels. The VA will primarily work with content provided by Elisa, including recorded interviews, existing materials, and other approved content. The goal is to help Elisa distribute more of her existing content and increase her visibility through consistent publishing. C. YouTube Interview Content and Video Editing This is one of the client's most important support requirements. Elisa has recently started a YouTube interview series featuring conversations with her clients and other professionals who fit her ideal client profile. She wants to make this series a significant channel for organic leads, business visibility, and audience engagement. The VA will help turn recorded interviews into publishable content. Responsibilities include: Long-form video editing Accessing and working with recorded interviews in Riverside. Performing simple edits and adjustments to interview recordings. Preparing full interview recordings for YouTube publishing. Making basic edits to improve the presentation of the recording. Helping prepare the finished video for publication. Short-form video clips Creating short clips from longer interview recordings. Identifying relevant topics and segments to turn into clips. Using Riverside's AI capabilities to help identify and extract relevant content. Editing clips to focus on the guest rather than Elisa when appropriate. Making simple adjustments to the clips so they are ready for publishing. Preparing clips for distribution on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Video editing expectations The client prefers simple, efficient editing rather than advanced or highly technical video production. The VA should be able to work independently within Riverside. The VA should be comfortable using the platform's built-in editing and AI features. The priority is to produce usable content efficiently and consistently. The client estimates that editing an interview and its clips currently takes approximately one hour of her time. The VA should help reduce this bottleneck and make it easier to publish more of the recorded interviews. D. GoHighLevel (GHL) and CRM Support Required qualification: CRM fluency, preferably GoHighLevel. Elisa currently uses GoHighLevel (GHL) and has an existing resource helping manage parts of the platform. She wants the VA to be comfortable working within GHL or a comparable CRM so the VA can potentially take over or support these activities as her business needs evolve. Responsibilities may include: Navigating and working within GoHighLevel. Supporting the client's CRM-related administrative activities. Using the social media posting and scheduling calendar. Scheduling social media content through the CRM. Assisting with email nurture campaigns. Supporting the setup and management of drip campaigns. Helping organize campaign-related content and workflows. Supporting other CRM-related tasks as assigned. The VA should be able to learn and navigate the client's existing CRM setup. Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Mailchimp is also relevant, particularly if the candidate has a strong understanding of CRM workflows and can adapt to GoHighLevel. Important: Elisa confirmed that CRM fluency is a must-have qualification. She is not looking for someone who is only comfortable with social media posting. E. Content Operations and Repurposing Help Elisa make better use of the content she is already producing. Responsibilities may include: Organizing recorded interview content. Preparing long-form recordings and short-form clips for publishing. Repurposing existing content across social media platforms. Helping organize content assets and publishing materials. Supporting the movement of content from recording to editing to publication. Assisting with recurring content production tasks. Helping reduce delays in content distribution. The VA should be comfortable handling repetitive content-related tasks and maintaining an organized workflow. F. General Business Support As the business grows, the VA may also assist with other related administrative, content, social media, and CRM tasks. The client is looking for someone who can provide flexible support across these areas rather than being limited to one specific task. Additional responsibilities will be discussed and agreed upon with Elisa based on her priorities and the final scope of support. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate should have: Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Social Media Assistant, Content Assistant, or in a similar support role. Experience managing or scheduling social media content. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Experience with basic video editing and content repurposing. The ability to work with recorded interviews and create short-form video clips. Familiarity with Riverside or the ability to learn and navigate the platform quickly. CRM experience and fluency, preferably with GoHighLevel. Experience with social media scheduling tools or CRM-based publishing calendars. Familiarity with email marketing workflows, nurture campaigns, and drip campaigns. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to work independently and manage recurring responsibilities. Good written communication skills. The ability to follow instructions and work with existing content and processes. A proactive approach to identifying and completing tasks. The ability to work efficiently and meet agreed deadlines. PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The following would be advantageous: Previous experience supporting a career coach, business coach, consultant, or solopreneur. Experience working with content creators or personal brands. Experience supporting organic social media marketing. Experience with YouTube content publishing. Experience using Riverside for interview recording and editing. Familiarity with Riverside's AI-assisted editing capabilities. Experience with GoHighLevel. Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Mailchimp. Experience building or supporting email nurture campaigns. Experience with drip campaigns and CRM workflows. Experience repurposing long-form video into short-form social content. Experience managing multiple social media platforms. Familiarity with content calendars and publishing schedules. TOOLS AND PLATFORMS Primary / Required GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM navigation Social media scheduling Content calendar Email nurture campaigns Drip campaigns Primary / Current Client Tool Riverside Interview recordings Basic video editing Short-form clip creation AI-assisted content clipping Preparing recordings for publishing Social Media Platforms LinkedIn Instagram Facebook YouTube Comparable CRM Tools Experience with any of the following is relevant: HubSpot Salesforce Mailchimp The client is open to candidates who have experience with similar CRM platforms and can learn GoHighLevel quickly. WORKING ARRANGEMENT Hours: Minimum of 10 hours per week. Schedule: Flexible schedule. The VA does not need to strictly align with Elisa's business hours. Availability: The client does not anticipate emergency VA requests. Most responsibilities will be planned administrative, content, and CRM tasks. Workload: Part-time initially, with the possibility of adjusting the hours in subsequent months based on the client's needs.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
