About the role You will be the first point of contact for people who enquire about our programmes. Your role is to make sure every enquiry receives a prompt, warm and professional response, and that no interested person is ever forgotten. You will work closely with our founders and see first-hand how an international training organisation grows. What you will do • Respond to programme enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger, ideally within an hour • Share programme details, dates and enrolment information with prospective participants in India, Malaysia and Singapore • Make regular follow-up calls and send messages to people who have shown interest • Reconnect with past enquiries and alumni about upcoming batches • Maintain our lead tracker on Google Sheets and pass warm prospects to the founders • Support onboarding of new participants and general programme administration What we are looking for • Excellent spoken and written English, with a confident and friendly phone manner • Experience or strong interest in client servicing, inside sales, admissions or telecalling • Organised, reliable and comfortable with consistent follow-ups • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets and social media • A quiet workspace, a laptop and a stable internet connection • Interest in learning, personal development or the training industry is a plus Incentives • Enrolment incentive: 3% of the fee on every enrolment you help bring in • Monthly bonus: ₹2,000 in any month with 5 or more enrolments Why join us • Work directly with the founders of a growing international organisation • Exposure to clients and participants across India, Malaysia and Singapore • Earnings that grow with the enrolments you help bring in • Internship certificate and a letter of recommendation on successful completion Next steps If this role interests you, please reply to confirm your availability.
