VAs will help identify and engage potential schools, children's hospitals, nonprofit organizations, corporate sponsors, and other qualified decision-makers who may benefit from or support the program. The role will primarily focus on LinkedIn outreach and lead engagement, following Marc’s established outreach methodology and messaging approach. The VAs will also assist with Facebook and Instagram monitoring and direct-message responses. Shannon already has thousands of leads, including C-level contacts and hundreds of LinkedIn connections, so the role will involve working with and organizing existing lead lists while also conducting additional research and prospecting where needed. No outbound phone sales are required. The primary objective is to generate meaningful conversations, nurture interested prospects, and help secure qualified opportunities/meetings. Responsibilities 1. LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Manage and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Shannon’s existing LinkedIn account. Work with Shannon's existing network of hundreds of LinkedIn connections and additional prospect lists. Research and identify relevant decision-makers and potential prospects. Target appropriate contacts within: K–12 schools and school systems Children's hospitals Nonprofit organizations Corporate sponsors Fortune 500 companies Other organizations relevant to the business’s Curriculum Prioritize C-level executives, senior decision-makers, administrators, education leaders, hospital decision-makers, partnership contacts, and other appropriate stakeholders. Send connection requests and personalized outreach messages based on the established process. Follow Marc’s outreach methodology, messaging structure, and engagement approach. Use approved scripts, messaging templates, and guidance provided by Shannon and the VCP/Marc training team. Personalize messages appropriately rather than sending generic or irrelevant outreach. Monitor responses and identify prospects showing interest. Continue appropriate follow-ups according to the established outreach process. Escalate qualified or interested prospects to Shannon when direct involvement is required. The client specifically indicated that she has thousands of leads that can be worked through LinkedIn, including C-level contacts, and may provide additional lists containing names and email addresses. 2. Marc’s Outreach Methodology The VAs will be trained and expected to follow Marc’s proven outreach methodology. This includes: Following the approved outreach sequence. Using the messaging approach and scripts provided during training. Applying appropriate personalization to prospect communications. Understanding how to initiate conversations without immediately making the interaction feel like a hard sales pitch. Following the established process for responding to interested prospects. Maintaining consistency in messaging across campaigns. Tracking outreach activity and prospect responses. Applying feedback and corrections provided by Marc, Shannon, and VCP Operations. Continuously improving execution based on which messages and approaches generate meaningful engagement. VCP and Marc will provide training on the methodology and how the VAs should conduct the LinkedIn outreach. 3. Lead Research & Prospect Identification The VAs will support ongoing prospect research, including: Researching schools and school systems. Researching children's hospitals and relevant hospital contacts. Researching nonprofits and organizations that may benefit from the program. Researching potential corporate sponsors. Email Outreach Send professional and personalized emails to qualified prospects. Use client-approved scripts and messaging. Personalize outreach based on the prospect's organization, role, and potential relevance to CourageOUS Curriculum. Monitor incoming responses. Respond to basic inquiries based on approved messaging and instructions. Identify interested prospects and escalate conversations that require Shannon's involvement. Follow up with prospects according to the established process. Keep records of outreach activity and responses. 5. Lead & Conversation Management Maintain accurate records of prospects and contacts. Track outreach activity. Record responses and follow-up requirements. Monitor which prospects have expressed interest. Keep lead statuses updated. Track conversations and next steps. Avoid duplicate or unnecessary outreach. Organize leads so that the two VAs can work efficiently without overlapping unnecessarily. Coordinate internally when a prospect needs to be handed over to Shannon. 7. The VAs may be responsible for: Identifying prospects who demonstrate interest. Coordinating next steps with Shannon. Helping schedule qualified meetings or conversations. Communicate with VCP Operations regarding VA performance, questions, and support needs. Apply feedback promptly. Maintain clear communication throughout the working schedule. Primary Business Focus: CourageOUS Curriculum CourageOUS Curriculum is the primary focus of the outreach effort. The program is positioned as a K–12 offering incorporating: Social-emotional learning STEAM Arts Practical life skills The client is particularly interested in outreach to children's hospitals, where children may be missing school while receiving treatment, as well as schools, school networks, nonprofit organizations, and potential sponsors. The client described the program as a high-ticket offering and discussed outreach opportunities involving organizations with large student/patient populations. The VAs should therefore be comfortable researching organizations and understanding enough about the program to communicate its basic value proposition accurately using client-approved materials and scripts. Additional Business Support Shannon also has other business interests, including Hooked on the Wizard of Oz, Hooked on Courage, and a fintech/banking-related business. The immediate priority, however, is CourageOUS Curriculum. Additional businesses may be supported as directed by Shannon depending on priorities, available hours, and campaign requirements. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
