Location: Remote (flexible schedule, occasional project-based time zone alignment) Hours: Minimum 10 hours per week (with 10 hours of paid onboarding for SOP review) Contract: 3-month minimum commitment (first month as paid trial) About the Client Megan runs an educational consulting company helping teens, preteens, and young adults decide on post–high school pathways. She also consults with schools to improve mathematics teaching practices. Her business is powered by GoHighLevel (white-labeled as Arise) and Google Workspace, with additional marketing support through Meta and Google ads. Role Overview We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong CRM and outreach skills, ideally with GoHighLevel experience. The VA will manage lead response, follow-ups, and pipeline organization, while gradually expanding into marketing performance tracking and content support. This role requires independence, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly. Key Responsibilities CRM & Lead Management Manage inbox and task workflows within GoHighLevel. Respond to leads promptly and follow up on ad-generated contacts. Clean and maintain contact lists (removing spam/irrelevant entries). Review and optimize existing workflows and triggers. Outreach & Marketing Support Track ad performance (Meta & Google Ads) and report insights. Assist in identifying effective ad strategies. Support content calendar management within GoHighLevel. Follow up with prospects generated through ads and campaigns. Content & Social Media Assist with batching and posting content (including video clips). Perform basic editing tasks (adding captions, trimming raw footage). Stay aware of trends in teen/parent-focused social media markets. Onboarding & SOP Review Dedicate 10 hours to reviewing SOPs created in Claude AI. Execute small test tasks to demonstrate proficiency in GoHighLevel. Tools & Platforms GoHighLevel (Arise) – CRM, workflows, content calendar, task management. Google Workspace – Docs, Sheets, Drive. Meta Ads & Google Ads – Marketing performance tracking. Optional familiarity with Slack, Trello, Monday.com (not required). Desired Skills & Qualities Prior experience with GoHighLevel strongly preferred. Strong organizational and CRM management skills. Independent, proactive, and a “go-getter” attitude. Quick learner with ability to adapt to evolving workflows. Creative mindset with awareness of U.S. teen/parent social media trends. Excellent communication skills in English. Flexible schedule, with occasional project-based alignment to client’s time zone. Additional Notes Initial focus will be lead response and CRM management, with gradual expansion into marketing and content support. Paid onboarding (10 hours) ensures proper training and SOP familiarization. Personality assessments may be provided during candidate shortlisting. Client values independence, initiative, and the ability to work without constant supervision.
