  • Evaluate governance outcomes, implementation challenges, stakeholder feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Determine whether implementation challenges stem from policy design, process execution, technology limitations, or organizational factors.
  • Recommend enhancements to policies, standards, guidance, and governance frameworks that improve effectiveness, scalability, and user experience while maintaining appropriate risk management objectives.
  • Develop metrics, reporting, and insights that support data-driven policy decisions and demonstrate governance effectiveness.
  • Support the development of implementation guidance, playbooks, and supporting materials that improve consistency and adoption.

AI & Digital Governance Enablement

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and agent-based capabilities to improve governance processes and user experiences.
  • Translate policy requirements into machine-consumable knowledge, decision logic, workflows, and governance capabilities.
  • Design, prototype, or support AI-enabled solutions that help users navigate governance requirements and make informed decisions.
  • Build or support AI agents, copilots, knowledge solutions, and workflow automations that operationalize policy requirements.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical applications that improve governance effectiveness and scalability.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirements Management

  • Partner with Privacy, Legal, Risk, Security, Technology, Product, and operational governance teams to understand implementation challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize requirements for policy enhancements, reporting capabilities, AI-enabled solutions, governance tooling, and process improvements.
  • Translate analytical findings and stakeholder needs into actionable recommendations and implementation plans.
  • Support adoption and change management activities associated with governance initiatives and new capabilities.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

  • Experience in policy, governance, risk management, compliance, business analysis, process improvement, or related disciplines.
  • Experience using data to evaluate performance, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
  • Experience building or supporting AI agents, copilots, automation solutions, or other AI-enabled business capabilities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
