The Senior Product Manager will help manage projects related to Visa’s cross-border growth strategy. Specific projects will vary in sponsor, business or strategic focus, depth, and stakeholder served, ranging from broad coordination efforts across multiple regions and functional areas to focused special assignments for senior management that are of particular strategic importance to Visa.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy, solutioning, and product management. It will help define Visa’s cross-border growth agenda by sizing opportunities, assessing client and market needs, evaluating competitive dynamics, and shaping strategic recommendations. It will also translate selected priorities into product roadmaps, requirements, and scalable delivery plans, while working with technology and subject matter experts to solve complex technical and operational challenges and move high-priority opportunities from concept to execution and measurable market impact.

The position requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to solve complex problems, make clear recommendations, and influence decisions that support Visa’s corporate priorities. The Senior Product Manager will report to the Lead, Cross-Border Growth Solutions, Global FX & Cross-Border Solutions.

Essential Functions:

  • Help define cross-border growth strategy, opportunity priorities, and client value propositions by connecting market needs, competitive dynamics, business objectives, and Visa’s broader product capabilities
  • Structure strategic analyses, market sizing, financial assessments, and qualitative research to build the fact base for opportunity prioritization, business cases, investment decisions, and executive recommendations
  • Build and maintain market, client, and competitive analysis across cross-border payments, FX, merchant acceptance, settlement, and emerging payment experiences to inform strategic choices, positioning, and product investment decisions
  • Translate selected strategic priorities into product roadmaps, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements documents (BRDs), concept documents, and delivery plans that enable cross-functional teams to execute
  • Partner with technology and subject matter experts to solve complex technical and operational challenges, evaluate trade-offs, and convert ambiguous requirements into practical, scalable implementation paths
  • Shape and prioritize roadmaps and backlogs for selected cross-border growth workstreams, ensuring execution stays aligned to strategic value, client impact, business objectives, delivery capacity, and measurable outcomes
  • Partner with product, technology, design, legal/regulatory, regional, and implementation teams to move solutions from strategy through requirements, delivery, launch readiness, market enablement, and ongoing improvement
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across regions and functions, helping teams make trade-offs, resolve dependencies, and deliver scalable solutions that can be adopted across markets
  • Identify implications of data and analysis, articulate recommendations, and build support for them among business leaders across the organization
  • Track adoption, product performance, client feedback, and delivery outcomes to assess whether strategic initiatives are achieving intended market impact and to inform future roadmap and investment decisions

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
