We are seeking a Senior Manager – SMB Intelligence & Insights – Global SMB to join our team with the follow mission: Build Visa's SMB Intelligence capability by transforming customer, market, competitive, and ecosystem signals into actionable insights that shape strategy, accelerate growth, strengthen market positioning, and influence enterprise decisions.

  • Champion the SMB Perspective: Represent SMB needs in strategic planning and executive discussions, serving as a trusted advisor on customer priorities, experiences, and unmet needs.
  • Embed Customer-Centric Decision Making: Equip teams with frameworks, insights, and tools that translate customer intelligence into product, go-to-market, and investment decisions.

Research & Thought Leadership:

  • Shape the SMB Intelligence Agenda: Partner with global and regional teams to define and prioritize research investments that inform growth strategies, product innovation, and long-term business objectives.
  • Translate Insights into Action: Convert research into compelling narratives, thought leadership, and practical recommendations that influence executive decisions, product roadmaps, and commercial execution.
  • Lead Strategic Research Partnerships: Oversee external research partners and programs, ensuring methodological rigor, quality execution, and alignment with strategic priorities.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor the SMB Ecosystem: Develop a comprehensive view of competitors, emerging players, market shifts, and industry trends to identify opportunities, risks, and areas of differentiation.
  • Deliver Actionable Competitive Intelligence: Create targeted intelligence products, including competitor profiles, battlecards, market assessments, and executive briefings that strengthen strategic and commercial decision-making.
  • Identify Early Signals: Track market, regulatory, technology, and partnership developments to provide forward-looking insights and inform proactive responses.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
