Tasks

  • Selbstständige Erstellung von Einzelabschlüssen (Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse) nach HGB
  • Mitarbeit bei der Konsolidierung von Konzernabschlüssen für mehrere Gesellschaften innerhalb unserer internationalen Unternehmensgruppe
  • Mitgestaltung der Buchhaltung einer internationalen Unternehmensgruppe mit: Gesellschaften in Deutschland Niederlassungen in Italien, Spanien, Österreich und der Schweiz Tochtergesellschaften in Frankreich und Belgien internationalen Partnern in China
  • Ansprechpartner für steuerliche und bilanzielle Fragestellungen im internationalen Umfeld
  • Erstellung von Steuererklärungen in Abstimmung mit den steuerlichen Beratern (Big 4 Gesellschaft)
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung für Finance-Prozesse und internationale Projekte, z. B.: Einführung und Umsetzung von E-Invoicing-Prozessen, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Transferpricing-Prozesse inklusive Dokumentation und Intercompany-Abrechnungen sowie Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Accounting-Prozessen
  • Entwicklung zum SAP S/4 HANA Key User für den Bereich Finance Accounting
  • Fachliche Unterstützung sowie Weiterentwicklung unserer Junior Buchhalter:innen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams und Schnittstellenbereichen

Profile

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzausbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter, Certified International Accountant (CINA) oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Mindestens drei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
  • Abschlusssicherheit nach HGB
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung und im Steuerrecht für die Rechtsformen GmbH und GmbH & Co.KG
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbständige, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Überzeugungsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft
