Du interessierst dich für Prozesse, Anforderungen und digitale Lösungen? Als Business Analyst übernimmst du eine wichtige Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen Vertrieb, Underwriting und Informatik. Du analysierst fachliche Bedürfnisse, und koordinierst deren Umsetzung. Damit leistest Du einen wichtigen Beitrag, Prozesse und Systeme kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

**Deine Aufgaben**

* Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit an der Schnittstelle zwischen den technischen und fachlichen Anspruchsgruppen. * Du analysierst fachliche Anforderungen, dokumentierst diese und begleitest deren Umsetzung bis zur Einführung. * Du unterstützt die Fachbereiche beim Erstellen des Testdesigns sowie der Testdurchführung und gewährleistest eine hohe Umsetzungsqualität. * Du arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung von vertriebsrelevanten Prozessen und Applikationen mit und bringst eigene Vorschläge zur Verbesserung von bestehenden Lösungen ein. * Du übernimmst Projekte oder Teilprojekte mittlerer Komplexität.

**Dein Profil**

* Du verfügst über eine höhere Ausbildung (HF/FH) in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. * Du hast Berufserfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche oder im Bereich der Business Analyse und du hast bereits aktiv an Projekten mitgewirkt. * Du interessierst dich für betriebliche Abläufe, Prozesse und digitale Lösungen und möchtest diese aktiv mitgestalten. * Du denkst vernetzt, arbeitest strukturiert und gehst Herausforderungen lösungsorientiert an. * Du überzeugst durch Eigeninitiative, Ausdauer und die Bereitschaft, dich in neue Themenbereiche einzuarbeiten. * Du kommunizierst stilsicher in Deutsch; Französisch- oder Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
