Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategische Transformation und Neuausrichtung des bestehenden Portfolios zur Sicherstellung der Zukunftsfähigkeit in einem dynamischen Marktumfeld
  • Konzeption und Lancierung neuer Versicherungslösungen zur Komplettierung der Allbranchen\-Strategie und zur Positionierung der Visana als ganzheitlicher Lösungsanbieter
  • Antizipation von Markttrends und Implementierung einer konsequenten Kundenzentrierungs\-Strategie zur Schaffung differenzierender Kundenerlebnisse
  • Initiierung datengestützter Entwicklungsprozesse durch die Erarbeitung von Business Cases, Potenzialanalysen und strategischer Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Design und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung modularer Produkte, in transversaler Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing, Aktuariat, Leistungserbringer und Partner
  • Strategische Planung von Massnahmen zur Markterschliessung sowie Repräsentation der Produktinteressen in internen und externen Fachgremien
  • Entwicklung von zukunftsweisender Ausbildungskonzepte und Produktschulungen, um den Vertrieb optimal auf die Beratung neuer, komplexer Produkte vorzubereiten

Dein Profil

  • Du überzeugst mit einer umfangreichen Erfahrung im Produktmanagement in der Assekuranz
  • Du hast eine betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung abgeschlossen und bringst versicherungsspezifische Aus\- und Weiterbildung (zB CAS im Product Management) mit
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekt\- oder Teilprojekten, ein gutes und sicheres Auftreten auch vor Ausschüssen und Stakeholdern
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Konzeption, vernetztem Denken, Handlungs\- und Lösungsorientierung ergänzt mit dem etwas zu verändern
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsvermögen sind unabdingbar
  • Digitalisierung und genAI sind keine Buzzwords und bedingen ein gewisses technisches Verständnis
  • Kenntnisse über den Versicherungsmarkt und die Trends runden dein Profil ab
