Eigenverantwortlich übernimmst du spannende und vielseitige Aufgaben und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zu unserer hohen Dienstleistungsqualität. Für unseren Standort am Sihlquai 255 in Zürich (Remote work innerhalb der Schweiz möglich) suchen wir eine engagierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als

Fachspezialist/in Personenschaden 50\-100% (m,w,d), DE / FR

Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeiten von komplexen Personenschäden auf dem Gebiet der obligatorischen Unfallversicherung nach UVG sowie der Zusatzversicherung nach VVG (Einholen von Gutachten, Kausalitätsbeurteilung, etc.) und im Bereich der Krankentaggeldversicherung
  • Entscheiden über Leistungsansprüche und Erbringung von Versicherungsleistungen
  • Rechtliche Beurteilung der Deckungs\- und Regressfragen, Verfassen von Korrespondenzen inkl. rechtlichem Gehör und Verfügungen auf Deutsch und ösisch
  • Fachliche Betreuung der französischsprechenden Sachbearbeiter Personenversicherung
  • Kontakte mit Versicherten, Ärzten, Anwälten, Behörden und anderen Leistungserbringern auf Deutsch und ösisch
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit inkl. Stellvertretung mit dem Fachverantwortlichen Personenversicherung sowie der Leitung Schaden

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung EFZ, Eidg. Sozialversicherungsfachausweis von Vorteil
  • Fundierter Berufserfahrung im Bereich Unfall\- und/oder Krankentaggeldversicherung
  • Initiative und dynamische Persönlichkeit mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und vernetztem Denkvermögen
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft und Kundenorientierung
  • Kommunikationsgeschick und Sozialkompetenz
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch und in ösisch
