Deine Rolle

In einem schnell wachsenden K.I. Start-up wirst Du eng mit einem talentierten Team aus Sales, Marketing und Digitalmarketing zusammenarbeiten. Bei VisioLab integrieren wir alle Verkaufs- und Marketingfunktionen in einer vereinten Growth-Abteilung, die für das Management unseres Wachstums und unserer umsatzgenerierenden Aktivitäten verantwortlich ist. Du wirst die Gelegenheit haben, eigene Ideen beizutragen und eine Vielzahl von Strategien und Taktiken umzusetzen, um diese Ziele zu erreichen.

Was du mitbringst

  • Absolute Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation.
  • Growth-Mindset mit einer „Can-Do“-Einstellung.
  • Du bist kontaktfreudig und verfügst über starke zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikationskompetenzen.
  • Unternehmerischer Geist, der es Dir ermöglicht, starke Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind wünschenswert.
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits ein Praktikum in einem Start-up oder einer Beratung absolviert.
