Vision Omsorg söker nu en Behandlare till vårt HVB hem Villa Andrum. Vision Omsorg består av tre verksamheter: Villa Andrum som är ett HVB hem för vuxna män, 22-65 år, med betydande behov av behandling. Villa Andrum har 15 platser i verksamhet. 12 platser på vårt HVB i Söderköping samt 3 platser för förlängd HVB vård i Åby. Kronbacken som är ett Hem för viss annan heldygnsvård och har 16 platser är beläget i Falerum. På Kronbacken tar vi emot både män och kvinnor och män i åldrarna 22-65 år. Vi har möjlighet att ta emot par, och klienten kan ta med sig sitt husdjur. Vändpunkten är Vision Omsorgs utslussverksamhet och Boendestöd. Vi har lägenheter i Norrköping, Skärblacka, Finspång och Linköping. Vi skräddarsyr insatser utifrån varje uppdragsgivares önskemål. Klientens behov och förmåga ligger helt till grund för insatsens omfattning och utformning. Boendestödet utformas i samarbete med klienten, uppdragsgivare och Vändpunkten. Insatsen baseras på utredningar av individens behov och de hänsyn som behöver tas till klientens förmågor. Villa Andrum ska vara Sveriges främsta HVB-hem för samsjukliga män med betydande psykiatrisk problematik. Villa Andrum tar emot och behandlar klienter med missbruksproblematik eller beroendesjukdom i kombination med kognitiva funktionsnedsättningar, neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar och psykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar Våra klienter balanserar ofta mellan olika huvudmän och ”tappas ofta mellan stolarna”. Våra klienter har i vissa avseenden betydande behov av stöd och behandling som vi tillgodoser genom vårt arbetssätt och behandlingsinnehåll. På Villa Andrum använder vi oss av behandlingsmetoder så som KBT, MI, MRT, CRA, ÅP, Kriminalitetsprogram samt traumabehandling och kroppsbaserade metoder. Vi använder oss av integrerad behandlingsmetod vid samsjuklighet. Vi arbetar parallellt med klientens olika behovsområden har stöd i forskning kring samsjuklighet och har stöd i Socialstyrelsens nationella riktlinjer för vård och stöd vid missbruk och psykisk ohälsa. Vi söker dig med en förmåga till stort eget ansvar. Du inser att förändringar i vardagen är ett konstant tillstånd och du trivs i en sådan flexibel miljö. Du är van att jobba i Team, kan samspela och finna lösningar när utmaningarna uppkommer. Du förväntas bidra till vår goda och positiva arbetsmiljö. Dina arbetsuppgifter består av att följa varje individs specifika vård- och genomförandeplan, följa våra rutiner, samverka med kollegor, behandlingsansvarig och ledning i det dagliga arbetet och ansvara för att skapa och upprätthålla förutsättningar för bättre liv, för våra klienter. Du kommer arbeta dygn på schema och sova jour i verksamheten. Ensamarbete förekommer inte. Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av arbete med personer med omfattande psykiatrisk problematik och missbruk. Du har en adekvat utbildning och tycker om att ta ett stort eget ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter. Du förekommer inte i polisens misstanke- och belastningsregister. Intervjuer sker löpande under rekryteringsperioden.
