Deine Rolle bei uns

Als Sales Manager:in (m/w/d) bist du erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen und begleitest sie vom ersten Kontakt bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.

Du verantwortest deine Sales-Pipeline eigenständig, erkennst neue Umsatzpotenziale und entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter.

Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Product und Customer Success zusammen, um für unsere Kund:innen die passenden Lösungen zu finden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verkaufst unsere analogen und digitalen SaaS-Produkte an B2B-Kund:innen in der DACH-Region und international.
  • Du entwickelst bestehende Kund:innen weiter und erkennst neue Umsatzpotenziale.
  • Du begleitest Interessent:innen vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Abschluss und baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Product und Customer Success zusammen, um Kundenanforderungen optimal umzusetzen.
  • Du erstellst Reportings und Forecasts, beobachtest Markttrends und identifizierst neue Wachstumschancen.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass Kundenzufriedenheit bei uns mehr ist als nur ein Wort.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten, idealerweise in SaaS, Tech oder Automotive.
  • Du trittst sicher auf Entscheider-Ebene auf und überzeugst mit Verhandlungsgeschick im Sales-Prozess.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, proaktiv und analytisch.
  • Du steuerst deine Pipeline sicher mit CRM-Systemen (idealerweise HubSpot) und gängigen Vertriebsmethoden.
  • Du kommunizierst in Wort und Schrift sicher auf Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (mindestens B2).
