  • Kundenindividuelle Prozess- und Technologie-Beratung im CRM-Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt auf Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Analyse und Definition der Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung von maßgeschneiderten Marketing-Lösungen
  • Konzeption und Implementierung von Customer Journeys in der Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Übernahme von Kunden- bzw. Projektverantwortung
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops für Kunden
  • Schulung und Unterstützung von Kunden in der Nutzung der Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Umsetzung von Best Practices

Das bringst Du mit

  • Erfahrung in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Projekten und im Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von kanalübergreifenden Marketinginitiativen (d.h. E-Mail, Mobile Push, SMS, Social) für bestimmte Kundensegmente
  • Technische Affinität und Begeisterung für Innovationen
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, um die Kundenanforderungen prozessual abzubilden
  • Kundenorientierung und Beratungskompetenz runden dein Profil ab
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
