Er du en dygtig håndværker, der kan lide en alsidig arbejdsdag, hvor ikke to dage nødvendigvis er ens?

Vi søger en selvstændig og erfaren håndværker med tømrermæssig baggrund til vores ejendomskoncern.

Du bliver en del af vores interne drift og kommer til at arbejde på tværs af vores ejendomme med alt fra mindre reparationer til renoverings- og ombygningsopgaver.

Dine opgaver vil bl.a. være: 🔨 Tømrer- og snedkeropgaver 🏢 Renovering og istandsættelse af lejemål 🚪 Montering og justering af døre, låse, lister mv. 🧱 Opsætning af vægge, lofter og andre mindre byggeopgaver 🎨 Mindre maler- og vedligeholdelsesopgaver 🛠 Reparationer og løbende vedligeholdelse på vores ejendomme 🔧 Diverse praktiske ad hoc-opgaver

Vi leder efter dig, der har hænderne skruet rigtigt på, kan se hvad der skal gøres og ikke er bange for at tage fat – også når opgaven ligger lidt uden for det traditionelle tømrerfag.

Vi forestiller os, at du: • Har en håndværksmæssig baggrund – gerne som tømrer • Har erfaring med renovering og vedligeholdelse • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar for dine opgaver • Er løsningsorienteret og går op i at levere et ordentligt stykke arbejde • Er fleksibel og trives med mange forskellige typer opgaver • Har kørekort B
