Coördinator Process

Neem mee de regie over een veilig, stabiel en efficiënt productieproces.

Zet jij jouw proceskennis graag in om collega’s te ondersteunen en de ploegwerking mee in goede banen te leiden? Voor onze productieafdeling Process zoeken we een coördinator WP T2. Je werkt nauw samen met de teamleider en neemt bij diens afwezigheid een coördinerende rol op.

Wat ga je doen?

· Opvolgen en waar nodig bijsturen van het productieproces, met aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.

· Coördineren van de afstellingen en het opstarten en buiten dienst stellen van installaties, in nauwe samenwerking met de teamleider en met volledige zelfstandige verantwoordelijkheid bij diens afwezigheid.

· Begeleiden en opleiden van ploegmedewerkers, ondersteunen bij de uitvoering en controleren van de kwaliteit van hun werk.

· Bewaken van een vlotte ploegwerking en een goede werking van de installaties, conform de geldende instructies en bedrijfsvoorschriften.

Wat breng je mee?

· Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring en een grondige kennis van de verschillende operatorfuncties binnen de afdeling.

· Sterke technische kennis van het productieproces, processturing, producten, (neven)installaties, labotoestellen en online-analyses.

· Inzicht in planning en organisatie, en vertrouwdheid met algemene, bedrijfsspecifieke en processturingssoftware.

· Grondige kennis van veiligheidsinstructies, risico’s, het alarmplan en PBM-gebruik, evenals de regels rond kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en milieu.

· Je communiceert helder, werkt goed samen en weet collega’s op een constructieve manier aan te sturen.

· Je bent bereid om deel uit te maken van het brandweerteam en een heftruckbrevet te behalen.
