Som Product Engineer har du en bred roll där kvalitetssäkring och utveckling går hand i hand, med AI och agenter som en självklar partner i arbetet. Vi söker dig som vill vara med och stärka vår kvalitet nu – och växa vidare i takt med att rollen breddas inom HR+ och Visma Enterprise!

Om rollen I dagens agentiska utveckling delar hela teamet på ansvaret för utveckling, code review och test – och just nu är kvalitetssäkringen vår största prioritet. Det innebär att du driver testning både manuellt och automatiserat som gör stor skillnad redan från dag ett. Över tid växer sedan rollen in i utvecklingsarbetet, där du också bygger och vidareutvecklar vår kod tillsammans med teamet.

Dina arbetsuppgifter: - Planera, bygga och köra tester på rätt testnivåer – både manuellt och automatiserat – och göra utforskande testning när det behövs. - Driva automatiserad testning och specificera innehåll och förväntat resultat för testautomatisering. - Verifiera lösningar innan kvalitetskontroll och ge löpande återkoppling. - Delta i code review – inklusive granskning av AI-/agentgenererad kod. - Över tid designa, utveckla och verifiera lösningar i vår kod, med AI och agenter som en naturlig partner. - Använda AI och agenter som en naturlig del av arbetet och vara med och utveckla teamets agentiska arbetssätt.

Vem söker vi? Rollen är junior och passar dig som är i början av din karriär. Vårt team har hög senioritet, vilket innebär att du får erfarna kollegor som stöttar och coachar dig – och gott om utrymme att växa. Som person är du nyfiken, lösningsorienterad och en lagspelare. Vi tror också att du är:

- I början av din karriär och vill växa inom kvalitetssäkring, testning och utveckling. - Har grundläggande teknisk förståelse och ett intresse för kod och versionshantering i git. - Ser AI och agenter som ett integrerat och naturligt verktyg i det dagliga arbetet. - En god kommunikatör i tal och skrift på både svenska och engelska.

Det är meriterande med viss erfarenhet av test eller utveckling, förståelse för HR+ eller motsvarande produkter.
