Vill du vara en drivande kraft i ett agilt team som utvecklar nya cloudtjänster i AWS med ett DevOps- och Continuous Delivery mindset?

Vi söker en senior backend utvecklare som vill vara med på vår spännande resa - att utveckla nästa generations lönesystem där vår ledstjärna är automation och AI.

Om rollen

Som utvecklare i team Payroller blir du en central del av ett DevOps- och Continuous Delivery-team som utvecklar nästa generations automatiserade löneberäkningsmodul, som är en del av Agda PS produktlinje.

Teamet ansvarar för hela utvecklingskedjan – från krav, affärslogik och arkitektur till test, infrastruktur, säkerhet och leverans. Du kommer främst att arbeta med backendutveckling och affärskritisk logik, men rollen ger stort utrymme att även jobba som fullstack utvecklare beroende på din kompetens och dina intressen.

Som senior utvecklare kommer du att:

  • Vidareutveckla och optimera våra tjänster genom att utveckla förbättringar av funktionalitet, bygga nya funktioner, fixa buggar och tekniska förbättringar
  • Ta en aktiv roll i arkitekturella beslut och tekniska vägval
  • Bidra till att sätta struktur, standarder och best practices
  • Vara ett stöd för mer juniora kollegor genom kunskapsdelning och mentorskap
  • Driva förbättringsinitiativ inom kvalitet, prestanda och utvecklingsprocesser
  • Aktivt bidra med ideer och erfarenhet med att optimera vårt AI agentic AI workflow

I vårt team har vi högt i tak där alla bidrar i tekniska diskussioner, code reviews och gemensamma beslut är en naturlig del av vardagen.

Om dig

Vi söker dig som har solid bakgrund inom backendutveckling och som trivs i tekniskt komplexa miljöer där du får kombinera djup med bredd.

Vi tror att du:

  • Har flera års erfarenhet av backend utveckling i cloud-miljöer
  • Har viss erfarenhet av frontend/fullstack utveckling
  • Har jobbat med eller har ett starkt intresse för mjukvaruarkitektur
  • Är van att ta tekniskt ansvar och fatta välgrundade beslut
  • Trivs i en roll där du både bidrar operativt och stöttar andra i teamet
  • Är nyfiken och håller dig uppdaterad inom teknikutveckling, AI och och verktyg
  • Använder AI i ditt dagliga arbete och ser potentialen i att använda AI för att förbättra utveckling, kvalitet och tempo

Om du har tidigare erfarenhet av utveckling av HR system, lönesystem eller ekonomisystem är det ett extra plus.
