Als Adviseur Corporate Finance begeleid jij ondernemers bij koop en verkoop van hun bedrijf en bij strategische groeivraagstukken. Je combineert analytische scherpte met gevoel voor de ondernemer achter de cijfers. Dankzij jouw overzicht, nieuwsgierigheid en rust houd je koers in complexe trajecten. Zo maak je impact op momenten die ertoe doen.

Wat doe je als Adviseur Corporate Finance Je adviseert ondernemers bij aan en verkooptrajecten en andere strategische beslissingen. Je stelt waarderingen, financieringsmemoranda en informatiememoranda op en begeleidt bedrijfsanalyses van begin tot eind. Je denkt mee bij buy and build strategieën, zoekt passende overnamekandidaten en bouwt actief aan een relevant M&A netwerk. Je werkt altijd samen en neemt collega’s mee in je aanpak, zodat kwaliteit en vertrouwen groeien.
