Wil jij jouw administratieve ervaring inzetten om processen slimmer te maken en ondernemers én collega’s verder te helpen met slimme software?

Bij Visser & Visser combineer je jouw kennis van boekhouden en administraties met moderne applicaties. In deze rol werk je op het snijvlak van accountancy, IT en procesoptimalisatie en help je organisaties vooruit door processen slimmer in te richten.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Applicatiespecialist ondersteun je collega’s en klanten bij het optimaal gebruik van applicaties zoals Exact Online, Twinfield en Visionplanner. Je analyseert administratieve processen, signaleert verbeterkansen en zorgt dat die ook daadwerkelijk worden doorgevoerd. Daarnaast implementeer je nieuwe software en begeleid je gebruikers in de overgang. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met accountants en assistenten, zodat administraties soepel en toekomstgericht ingericht zijn.

Je hoeft geen IT-specialist te zijn. Juist jouw ervaring in administratie of accountancy maakt dat je processen doorgrondt en snel ziet waar het beter kan. Je begrijpt wat ondernemers en collega’s nodig hebben en weet techniek praktisch en toepasbaar te maken.

  • Het vermogen om techniek begrijpelijk te maken voor gebruikers
  • Een proactieve houding: je signaleert verbeterkansen en pakt ze ook op
