Ondernemers vooruithelpen vraagt om lef, visie en vertrouwen. Leiden is een stad waar ideeën groeien, talent samenkomt en ambities worden omgezet in plannen. Met onze nieuwe vestiging bouwen we hier verder aan ondernemerschap dat telt. Als Manager Accountancy speel jij een sleutelrol in het opzetten en uitbouwen van deze vestiging. Je leidt mensen, bewaakt kwaliteit en bouwt aan duurzame relaties in het mkb. Wil jij impact maken vanaf het begin?

Wat doe je als Manager Accountancy Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en laten groeien van het Accountancy team in Leiden. Je begeleidt assistenten en junior managers, coördineert werkzaamheden en reviewt dossiers met oog voor kwaliteit en ontwikkeling. Daarnaast verzorg je complexe samenstelopdrachten en ben je sparringpartner voor ondernemers. Je bouwt mee aan structuren, klanten en cultuur. Hoe geef jij richting aan een vestiging in volle ontwikkeling?

Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit andere vestigingen en krijgt ondersteuning om het team en de klantenportefeuille te laten groeien. Wij vragen:

  • Werk en denkniveau op hbo niveau
  • Afgeronde hbo of WO opleiding Accountancy of Finance and Control
  • Minimaal acht tot tien jaar relevante ervaring
  • Kennis van wet en regelgeving en fiscaliteit
  • Ervaring met begeleiden van collega’s
