Als Senior Salarisadministrateur ben jij dé specialist voor jouw klantenportefeuille. Je waarborgt kwaliteit, adviseert over complexe vraagstukken en optimaliseert processen. Nauwkeurig, analytisch en klantgericht: jij houdt overzicht, brengt rust en tilt dienstverlening naar een hoger niveau.

Wat doe je als Senior Salarisadministrateur

Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor een foutloze salarisadministratie en schakelt moeiteloos tussen uitvoering, controle en advies. Je toetst complexe mutaties, bewaakt compliance en begeleidt collega’s in hun groei. Tegelijk denk je vooruit: hoe kan het slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendiger? Zo combineer je inhoud, samenwerking en ontwikkeling in één rol.

Wij vragen:

  • MBO of HBO werk en denkniveau en PDL en VPS diploma
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in salarisadministratie
  • Kennis van AFAS of Nmbrs en actuele wet en regelgeving
  • Sterk in communicatie, analyse en klantgericht werken
