MISSION:

Vista Del Mar provides a trauma-responsive continuum of services to empower children, youth, and families in Southern California to lead fulfilling lives.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Clinical Program Manager, the Certified or Registered Care Coordinator facilitates comprehensive needs evaluations, prepares continuing care plans and connects participants to appropriate health and social services to support treatment goals. The Care Coordinator will also provide direct SUD counseling services to participants within the Vista RISE continuum of programs. This participant-centered role complements clinical services by addressing social determinants of health that may impact treatment engagement, retention, and long-term recovery. The Care Coordinator supports participants and caregivers in strengthening self-efficacy, self-advocacy, coping skills, basic life skills, and self-management of biopsychosocial needs.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
