Role & Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding: Work closely with clients support team to assist data conversion, functional enhancement and user training
  • Issue Resolution: Analyze issues reported by users, collaborate with the development team for timely resolution
  • Data Analysis: Analyze financial data according to requirements and verify calculation results
  • System Test: Carry out comprehensive function and integration test to ensure quality of the software system

Requirements

  • Strong financial data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in fund accounting, investment analysis and reporting or fund accounting
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Japanese proficiency is a plus — candidates with JLPT N3 or higher are preferred, as the role includes analysis of Japanese-language data.
