Atividades

Atuar na manutenção da segurança e da ordem nas áreas internas e externas do estabelecimento; Supervisionar a entrada de clientes e organizar filas; Garantir a segurança e o controle de acesso à área do fumódromo; Realizar revistas em clientes e funcionários, conforme os procedimentos internos; Monitorar o ambiente para prevenir e identificar possíveis incidentes; Atuar na prevenção e intervenção em situações de conflito, incluindo afastamento de brigas e imobilizações, quando necessário; Prestar primeiros socorros e agir em situações de emergência e incêndio; Orientar os clientes de maneira cordial e educada sobre as práticas de segurança; Realizar o registro de baixa das pulseiras dos clientes no sistema no momento da saída; Manter comunicação com a equipe e seguir os procedimentos internos de segurança; Preservar o sigilo das informações e ocorrências relacionadas ao estabelecimento.

Ensino Médio completo; Formação de Vigilante; Capacitação técnica na área de segurança; Preparo para atuação em situações de emergência, prevenção de conflitos, imobilização e primeiros socorros; Postura profissional, seriedade e discernimento para lidar com situações que exijam intervenção; Cordialidade, educação e gentileza no relacionamento com os clientes; Firmeza e equilíbrio emocional para atuar em situações de conflito; Flexibilidade, resiliência, proatividade e empatia; Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

Horário

Das 21h às 06h; Escala 4x3, com trabalho em finais de semana intercalados.
