Tournées Riviera

  • 60 % — lundi et mardi, avec un week\-end sur deux
  • 60 % — lundi et mardi, ou mardi et mercredi, avec un week\-end sur deux
  • Nouveau binôme — un poste à 80 % et un poste à 60 %

Tournée Lausanne

Tournées du soir

Accompagnements de longue durée en binôme

  • Echandens — de 8 h 30 à 17 h, 7 jours sur 7
  • Bussigny — accompagnement 24 h/24, avec des postes en matinée, en journée, de nuit et le week\-end

Vos missions

  • Soins de base, hygiène et confort
  • Aide à la mobilité et aux gestes du quotidien
  • Observation de l’état de santé et transmissions à l’infirmier·ère référent·e
  • Soins délégués selon votre formation (ASSC)
  • Lien avec les proches et documentation sur tablette

Votre profil

  • Certificat d’auxiliaire de santé CRS, AFP d’aide en soins et accompagnement (ASA) ou CFC d’assistant·e en soins et santé communautaire (ASSC)
  • Expérience à domicile appréciée
  • Permis de conduire et véhicule
  • Français courant
  • Sens du contact, fiabilité et autonomie

* Un salaire transparent selon la CCT\-San (base annuelle × 13, à 100 %, selon l’expérience reconnue) : Auxiliaire de santé CRS : CHF 55'003 à 74'672 ASA : CHF 56'576 à 74'672 ASSC : CHF 59'839 à 86'554 Les compléments CPP s’ajoutent à ces montants * Des jours de travail fixes et un planning connu à l’avance * Un binôme stable sur votre tournée * 5 semaines de vacances (6 dès 50 ans) et 10 jours fériés * Les nuits à CHF 5/h \+ 25 % en temps de repos, les dimanches et jours fériés à CHF 4/h * CHF pour vos déplacements * 90 % du salaire pendant 720 jours en cas de maladie, prévoyance Swiss Life * Une annuité chaque 1er janvier * Une équipe de bureau proche de vous (planning, soins, RH)
