ée à Clarens, Vitaloria accompagne à domicile enfants, adultes et personnes âgées sur la Riviera, à Lavaux et dans l’agglomération lausannoise : soins généraux et techniques, plaies, soins palliatifs, santé mentale. Pour accompagner notre développement, nous renforçons notre équipe infirmière.

Nos postes ouverts Tous nos postes sont organisés en jours de travail fixes, avec des horaires en continu.

  • Infirmier·ère 80 % à 100 % · horaires de jour en continu · jours fixes définis ensemble \+ 1 week\-end · sur 2 avec un intérêt pour la formation des étudiant·es (CAS de praticien·ne formateur·trice, ou volonté de le suivre, un atout)
  • Infirmier·ère 60 % · horaires de jour en continu · jours fixes définis ensemble \+ 1 week\-end sur deux
  • Infirmier·ère 50 % orienté·e soins de plaies · horaires de jour en continu · jours fixes définis ensemble · \+ 1 week\-end sur deux, expérience ou formation en soins de plaies
  • Infirmier·ère de piquet · horaire du soir en continu de 18h00 à 22h00, puis piquet jusqu’à 6h00, avec les interventions comptées comme temps de travail et majorées selon les règles de nuit · jours fixes, 1 week\-end sur 2 · taux à discuter ensemble · Riviera, Lavaux et agglomération lausannoise · à l’aise avec les soins techniques, une expérience hospitalière ou en urgence est un atout

Vos missions

  • Évaluer la situation de chaque patient dès la première visite, élaborer et mettre à jour son plan de soins
  • Réaliser les soins prescrits : traitements, injections, perfusions, surveillances, gestion de la douleur
  • Assurer l’évaluation et le suivi des plaies aiguës et chroniques : pansements simples et complexes, thérapie VAC, documentation de l’évolution
  • Collaborer avec les médecins, le réseau de santé et les proches aidants
  • Déléguer les soins aux auxiliaires et ASSC, les encadrer sur le terrain

Votre profil

  • Diplôme d’infirmier·ère HES ou ES, ou titre reconnu par la Croix\- suisse
  • Infirmier·ères spécialisé·es (CAS, DAS) bienvenu·es
  • Les ASSC (CFC) sont aussi bienvenu·es pour renforcer nos équipes de soins
  • Jeunes diplômé·es et profils expérimentés bienvenus
  • Permis de conduire et véhicule
  • çais courant
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens relationnel

Ce que nous vous offrons

  • Un salaire transparent selon la CCT\- , en brut annuel à 100 %, 13e salaire compris, adapté à votre taux d’activité et à votre expérience reconnue : Infirmier·ère : CHF 70'837 à 100'464 Infirmier·ère spécialisé·e (CAS, DAS) : CHF 79'261 à 112'762 ASSC : CHF 59'839 à 86'554 Les compléments CPP s’ajoutent à ces montants
  • Des jours de travail fixes, des horaires en continu et un planning connu à l’avance
  • 5 semaines de vacances (6 dès 50 ans) et 10 jours fériés
  • Les heures de nuit (20h00–6h00\) à CHF 5/h \+ 25 % en temps de repos (mesure cantonale InvestPro), le piquet à CHF 3/h, les dimanches et jours fériés à CHF 4/h
  • CHF 0\.70/km pour vos déplacements
  • 90 % du salaire pendant 720 jours en cas de maladie, prévoyance Swiss Life
