Als het gezicht van Vitaminstore leer jij je klanten écht kennen en zorg je voor een klantgerichte winkelervaring. Door goed te luisteren en de juiste vragen te stellen, geef je altijd een deskundig en persoonlijk advies. Zo help je klanten bij het maken van bewuste keuzes op het gebied van vitamines, supplementen en persoonlijke verzorging. Geen ‘one size fits all’, maar maatwerk. Met jouw persoonlijke aanpak draag je dus elke dag bij aan een positieve verandering! Dit doe je vanuit één van onze mooie winkels in de gezelligste steden van Nederland.

Groei uit tot de expert in vitamines en supplementen! Als Adviserend Verkoopmedewerker krijg je alle ruimte om je kennis te vergroten. Dankzij de support van ervaren collega’s en gerichte scholing sta jij elke dag sterker in je schoenen.

Naast het geven van persoonlijk advies, draag je ook bij aan de bijbehorende winkelwerkzaamheden als het aanvullen van producten, verwerken van bestellingen, het draaien van de kassa en het netjes presenteren van producten in de winkel.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt aantoonbare winkelervaring/verkoopervaring;
  • Bereid om winkeldiensten alleen te draaien;
  • Je ziet het als uitdaging om klanten te adviseren en inspireren bij het maken van bewuste keuzes op het gebied van voedingsstoffen en leefstijlondersteuning;
  • Aantoonbare kennis en kunde en/of relevante opleidingen en trainingen op het gebied van vitamines, voedingssupplementen en natuurlijke cosmetica is een pré;
  • Je bent bereid om op regelmatige basis scholingen te volgen passend bij de functie adviserend verkoopmedewerker;
  • Je bent sociaal vaardig, klantvriendelijk en communicatief vaardig;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk (minimaal C1 niveau).
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en stressbestendig;
  • NB: Je bent beschikbaar op de donderdagavond (koopavond) en in het weekend.
