  • Binnen de cluster gastro-enterologie neem je, in nauw overleg met de hoofdverpleegkundige, je collega adjunct-hoofdverpleegkundige, het medisch diensthoofd en de betrokken teams, een coördinerende en ondersteunende rol op. - Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie, coördinatie en supervisie van de werking van de cluster gastro-enterologie over de verschillende afdelingen en campussen heen (verblijfsafdeling en poli gastro). - Je participeert aan de realisatie van het (kwaliteits)beleidsplan en bepaalt mee de doelstellingen van de cluster, rekening houdend met het globale ziekenhuisbeleid. - Je creëert en ondersteunt een efficiënt werkend personeelskader waarbinnen medewerkers maximaal kunnen samenwerken. Je coacht medewerkers zodat zij hun taken gemotiveerd en kwaliteitsvol uitvoeren. Je voert functionerings- en evaluatiegesprekken. - Je neemt deel aan werkgroepen, vergaderingen en overlegstructuren die het functioneren van de cluster en het ziekenhuis kwalitatief en inhoudelijk versterken. - Je werkt mee aan het uitwerken, implementeren, evalueren en opvolgen van procedures, afspraken en verbeterprojecten binnen de cluster gastro-enterologie. - Je zorgt voor een vlotte informatiedoorstroming en samenwerking binnen de cluster, met artsen, verpleegkundigen, externe partners en andere betrokken diensten en disciplines. - Als adjunct-hoofdverpleegkundige draag je integriteit hoog in het vaandel en zet je het belang van de verschillende afdelingen en teams voorop. - Je bouwt mee aan de teamdynamiek van de verschillende teams waarbinnen vertrouwen, open communicatie, collegialiteit en een open feedbackcultuur essentieel zijn. - Je bewaakt mee de efficiënte inzet van middelen en volgt het correcte gebruik van materialen, toestellen en verbruiksgoederen op. Om je opdracht als adjunct-hoofdverpleegkundige optimaal te kunnen uitvoeren, word je gedeeltelijk vrijgesteld. Daarnaast blijf je deels actief op de werkvloer zodat je de dagelijkse praktijk blijft kennen en ondersteunen.   • Je bent bachelor verpleegkunde. - Je beschikt over minimaal 3 jaar praktijkervaring. - Ervaring binnen gastro-enterologie of endoscopie is een belangrijke meerwaarde. - Je beschikt over een bijkomende opleiding in leidinggeven of bent bereid deze te volgen. - Ervaring in projectwerking of leidinggeven is een meerwaarde. - Je bent een teamplayer en sterke organisator met zin voor initiatief. - Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden en kan medewerkers coachen, motiveren en begeleiden, ook tijdens veranderingstrajecten. - Je bent digitaal vaardig.
