Wat ga je doen?

  • Je zorgt samen met je collega’s voor een vlekkeloze personeels- en loonadministratie van A tot Z voor de medewerkers van onze hub in Boortmeerbeek (arbeiders, bedienden en niet-contractuelen).
  • Je verwerkt maandelijks de loonafsluitingen via eBlox Payroll en beheert het tijdsregistratiesysteem Protime.
  • Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor vragen over loon, CAO’s, tijdskrediet, pensioen, verlof,…
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het sociaal secretariaat om alles vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je stelt arbeidsovereenkomsten en andere sociale documenten op en zorgt voor een efficiënte digitale verwerking.
  • De correcte toepassing van de sociale wetgeving is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je helpt het HR-beleid na te leven en ondersteunt de digitalisering & optimalisatie van onze afdeling.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de collega’s van de sociale dienst van ViTeS alsook met externe partners, zoals OCMW’s.

Je bent veel meer dan een gewone payroller! Dat merken we aan je inlevings- en aanpassingsvermogen en het gebruik van heldere en klare taal.

  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en discreet.
  • Resultaat- en actiegericht? Absoluut! Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen, zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.
  • Je bent een organisatietalent en schakelt moeiteloos over naar plan B wanneer nodig. Je denkt in uitdagingen en niet in problemen. Je bent positief ingesteld en je kan goed om met deadlines.
  • MS Office kent voor jou geen geheimen.
  • Je aarzelt niet om verbeterpunten aan te kaarten.
  • Je gelooft in de meerwaarde van een zorgzame samenwerking met je collega’s.
  • Je hebt minstens 1 jaar relevante werkervaring in payroll en een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Ervaring in de sociale economie of non-profit sector? Dat is zeker een pluspunt!
