Unternehmensbeschreibung

Die Vitos Kinder- und Jugendklinik für psychische Gesundheit in Hanau ist eine Fachklinik und verfügt aktuell über 40 vollstationäre Betten auf 3 Stationen sowie eine Institutsambulanz und eine Tagesklinik am Standort Hanau sowie am Standort in Dietzenbach.

Die Station H3 ist eine Jugendstation auf der Patient*innen mit unterschiedlichen Krankheitsbildern, z.B. soziale Phobien oder Depressionen, behandelt werden. Die Station verfügt über 16 vollstationäre Behandlungsplätze. Die Patient*innen im Alter von 13-18 Jahren werden im multiprofessionellen Team behandelt.

Für unser Team der Station H3 suchen wir Dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du übernimmst die individuelle und bedarfsorientierte Bezugspflege unserer Patient/-innen und gestaltest den Pflegeprozess aktiv mit.
  • Du planst und begleitest pflegerische sowie spezialtherapeutische Einzel- und Gruppenangebote und unterstützt die Kinder im therapeutischen Alltag.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Ärzt/-innen, Psycholog/-innen, Therapeut/-innen sowie weiteren Berufsgruppen in einem multiprofessionellen Team zusammen.
  • Du bereitest therapeutische Maßnahmen vor und nach, dokumentierst Deine Arbeit sorgfältig und bringst Dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer pflegerischen Arbeit ein.
  • Du arbeitest im Schichtdienst und trägst zu einer wertschätzenden, sicheren und entwicklungsfördernden Behandlungsatmosphäre bei.

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson, Pflegefachfrau/-mann, Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger/-in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/-in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Idealerweise verfügst Du über Berufserfahrung im psychiatrischen Bereich oder in der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie. Berufsanfänger/-innen sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen.
  • Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit psychisch erkrankten Kindern und Jugendlichen.
  • Du arbeitest verantwortungsbewusst, zuverlässig und bringst Einfühlungsvermögen sowie Teamgeist mit.
  • Du begegnest unseren Patient/-innen und ihren Angehörigen wertschätzend und auf Augenhöhe.

Zusätzliche Informationen

  • Vergütung nach TVöD-K. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung erhältst Du zum Einstieg ein monatliches Bruttoentgelt zwischen 3.701,- € und 4.488,- € in der Entgeltgruppe P8 (Vollzeit) zzgl. Pflegezulage und tarifliche Zulagen sowie einer attraktiven betriebliche Altersversorgung.
