The posting

Vitro Architectural Glass is seeking a motivated and hands-on Coater 5 Supervisor to join our team in Carlisle, PA. This leadership role is responsible for supervising daily production activities, promoting a strong safety culture, supporting employee development, and ensuring quality and productivity goals are achieved.

The successful candidate will lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while partnering with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality departments to drive operational excellence. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching employees, solving problems, and making a visible impact on plant performance.

This position works a 12-hour night shift, with scheduled hours occurring Monday through Friday (36-hour/48 hour week schedule). Candidates should have manufacturing experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
