Denk je er al langer over om als zelfstandig ondernemer aan de slag te gaan als commerciële recruitment consultant, Hier is je kans om je aan te sluiten bij VITRU | International Executive Recruitment.

Wij zijn een commerciële internationale recruitment organisatie. Wij hebben alles al voor jou geregeld zodat je meteen kunt starten met het invullen van vacatures zonder je bezig te houden met randzaken zoals een bedrijfsnaam, website, ATS, CRM, email etc.

Wij zijn een internationale recruitment organisatie die werkt met zelfstandig ondernemers. We werken intensief samen door het delen van ideeën en opdrachten maar je zorgt zelf ook voor het binnenhalen en invullen van je opdrachten.

Samen vormen we een sterk team dat elkaar helpt en ondersteunt, opdrachten deelt en waar ook veel ruimte is om zelf zaken op te pakken en je eigen “winkel” te runnen onder een sterk merk; VITRU is namelijk in 2021 en 2022 uitgeroepen tot “Best International Executive Recruitment Firm Benelux”.

Functie-eisen

Wij zoeken kandidaten met een achtergrond vanuit het commerciële recruitment vak, aangevuld met een ondernemingsgeest, focus, sales gedreven, woonachtig in de Randstand en een mentaliteit om er echt voor te willen gaan.

VITRU bemiddelt in senior rollen, zowel in Nederland als in andere Europese landen en zelfs in de US. Vloeiend Engels is daarom vanzelfsprekend en het liefst ook Nederlands maar dat is geen must.

Het is een functie waarbij je flexibel je werkzaamheden kunt doen vanuit huis en daarnaast komen we geregeld samen om te sparren, te lachen en ideeën te delen om VITRU verder uit te bouwen.
