Como é ser um (a) Analista de Operações

A área de Pós-Implantação é responsável por acompanhar os primeiros momentos do cliente após sua entrada na operação, garantindo que todas as informações estejam corretas, que eventuais pendências sejam tratadas com agilidade e que a operação esteja estruturada para seguir de forma organizada.

O objetivo é assegurar uma transição fluida entre a implantação e o atendimento recorrente, identificando e solucionando possíveis inconsistências antes que elas gerem impactos para o cliente ou para os beneficiários.

As suas principais responsabilidades serão:

  • Acompanhar os primeiros movimentos e processos do cliente após sua entrada na operação;
  • Garantir a conferência das informações cadastrais e operacionais;
  • Identificar e tratar inconsistências antes que gerem impactos para o cliente ou beneficiário;
  • Acompanhar pendências junto às operadoras e áreas internas;
  • Realizar interface com Implantação, Movimentação Cadastral, Cadastro, Comercial e demais áreas envolvidas;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos e SLAs estabelecidos;
  • Manter os controles e sistemas atualizados;
  • Dar visibilidade sobre pendências, riscos e pontos críticos;
  • Garantir uma transição organizada para a área que assumirá o atendimento definitivo do cliente.

O que esperamos de você:

  • Experiência em rotinas operacionais e acompanhamento de processos;
  • Experiência com conferência e validação de informações cadastrais e operacionais;
  • Capacidade de identificar e tratar inconsistências e pendências;
  • Experiência na interface com diferentes áreas internas e/ou parceiros;
  • Organização para acompanhar prazos, SLAs e múltiplas demandas simultaneamente;
  • Conhecimento em controles e sistemas operacionais;
  • Boa comunicação para dar visibilidade sobre pendências, riscos e pontos críticos;
  • Perfil organizado, analítico e atento aos detalhes.

Jornada de Trabalho:

  • CLT: 8 horas diárias + 1h de intervalo | Escala: 5x2 Segunda à sexta
