Como é ser um(a) Analista de Operações - Faturamento?

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Acompanhar as emissões nos portais das operadoras e seguradoras;
  • Conferir e realizar o envio de boletos e faturas;
  • Realizar movimentações cadastrais;
  • Elaborar arquivos para conferência, como rateios e folhas;
  • Atuar em interface com os demais processos da empresa, viabilizando a operacionalização das estratégias de faturamento;
  • Realizar tratativas com o time de Relacionamento e com as operadoras e seguradoras.

O que esperamos de você:

  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em corretagem;
  • Experiência em rotinas de faturamento nos segmentos de saúde, odontológico e vida;
  • Conhecimento avançado em Excel;
  • Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
  • Senso de urgência;
  • Capacidade analítica;
  • Motivação para novos desafios.

O que aumentam suas chances:

  • Experiência com Looker Studio ou outras ferramentas de visualização de dados;
  • Conhecimento em Python;
  • Vivência com projetos de dimensionamento, planejamento ou análise de capacidade;
  • Interesse por temas de eficiência operacional e jornada do cliente
