Wer wir sind

Die VIVA Kita gGmbH ist ein sozialwirtschaftliches Unternehmen und unterhält derzeit acht Kindertagesstätten und Kinderkrippen im Stadtgebiet von Kassel. Insgesamt beschäftigen wir derzeit ca. 170 Mitarbeitende.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Kita Schanzenkinder (Zentgrafenstraße 132-134, 34130 Kassel) suchen wir Dich. Dabei legen wir großen Wert auf Chancengleichheit. Deine Aufgaben sind

  • Begleitung der kindlichen Entwicklung und Förderung nach dem hessischen Bildungs- und Erziehungsplan
  • Planung und Durchführung von Projekten, Einzel- und Gruppenangeboten (auch gruppenübergreifend)
  • Regelmäßige Ausflüge im Sozialraum
  • partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation
  • inklusive Arbeit
  • Arbeit in altersgemischten Gruppen

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abschluss als Erzieher*in mit staatlicher Anerkennung o. Ä Qualifikation
  • Identifikation mit dem Leitbild der VIVA Kita gGmbH
  • Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen, systematischen und strukturierten Arbeitsorganisation
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Identifikation mit dem Schwerpunkt vorurteilsbewusste Bildung und Erziehung
  • Interesse am Umgang mit dem Thema Diversity
  • Freude an Ausflügen bei jeder Wetterlage
