Die Ambulante Kinder– und Jugendhilfe Werra-Meißner der VIVA Stiftung gGmbH sucht ab November 2026 unbefristet mit 25 - 30 Std./Woche eine*n

Sozialpädagog*in

Deine Aufgaben

  • Ambulante Hilfen nach SGB VIII § 30 und §31, Sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe und flexible
  • ambulante Betreuung
  • Teilnahme an Fachberatungen, Teamsitzungen und Supervision
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperations- / Netzwerkpartnern

Rahmenbedingungen

  • Ambulante Hilfen nach SGB VIII, insbesondere Erziehungsbeistandschaften, Sozialpädagogische Familienhilfen, Rückführungen und Familienaktivierungen
  • Gesetzliche Rahmenbedingungen, insbesondere das SGB VIII
  • Die jeweils gültigen Leistungsvereinbarungen
  • Die für den Gesamtbetrieb und das jeweilige Leistungsangebot gültigen Standards, Regelungen und Verfahrensanweisungen
  • Die mit den verschiedenen Kostenträgern regional vereinbarten Qualitätsstandards und das entsprechende Hilfeplanverfahren
  • Die jeweiligen im Hilfeplan getroffenen Vereinbarungen
  • Teilnahme an Fachberatung, Teamsitzungen und Supervision

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Diplom, Bachelor, Master) der Sozialen Arbeit mit staatlicher Anerkennung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Handlungs- und Interventionssicherheit im Umgang mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und Familien
  • Grundlagen der Zielbearbeitung und Zielerreichung nach Hilfeplan
  • Sachverhalte, Rahmenbedingungen und Erfolge in den Hilfen angemessen mündlich wie auch schriftlich darstellen
  • Hilfeplanziele mit Klient*innen regelmäßig reflektieren
  • Methodenkenntnisse in Ressourcenentwicklung
  • Grundlagen der Gesprächsführung
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Entwicklungspsychologie, Psychodynamik und Beziehungsdynamik
  • Für den jeweiligen Arbeitsauftrag relevante Leistungsvereinbarungen und Konzepte
  • Grundlagen des Kinderschutzes unter besonderer Beachtung des Schutzkonzeptes der VIVA Stiftung
  • Förderung der Entwicklung und Betreuung der Kinder und Jugendlichen
  • Partizipation und Wahrung der Rechte der Kinder und Jugendlichen
  • Beziehungs- und alltagsstrukturierende Arbeit mit Klient*innen
  • Fachliche und organisatorische Abläufe des Arbeitsbereiches
  • Hilfeplanverfahren, Verfahrensabläufe bei Fallanfragen
  • Kenntnisse der sozialen Infrastruktur und Netzwerkarbeit
  • Führerscheinklasse B und die Bereitschaft den eigenen PKW als Dienstwagen zu nutzen
