Café Vivaldi i Ringsted søger cafemedarbejdere til deltid over 18 år

Vi søger glade, servicemindede, fleksible og energiske nye medarbejdere, som vil gøre deres bedste for, at vores gæster får den bedste oplevelse. Beskriver dette dig og din væremåde, vil det helt sikkert være værd at læse videre.

Restaurationsbranchen er en spændende og lærerig branche, hvor ikke to dage er ens. Vagterne er derfor heller ikke ens, da det afhænger af mange forskellige ting. Det er derfor vigtigt, at du er fleksibel og ønsker at bidrage til, at driften altid kører optimalt.

Du vil få vagter om aftenen, i weekender og i ferier, og vi forventer derfor, at du kan være fleksibel i forhold til arbejdstider.

Du vil bl.a. få følgende arbejdsopgaver:

  • Tage imod og imødekomme vores gæster
  • Introducere vores koncept til gæsterne
  • Tage imod bestillinger
  • Lave kaffe, øl, drinks osv.
  • Servere for gæsterne
  • Have kontakt med gæsterne, så de føler sig velkomne
  • Rydde af bordene
  • Tage afsked med gæsterne
  • Holde caféen ren og pæn
  • Opfyldning og rengøring
  • Og en masse andre forskellige opgaver

For den rette medarbejder er der mulighed for at udvikle sig og få mere ansvar i jobbet.

Vi søger derfor også medarbejdere, som på sigt kunne have interesse i at blive åben- og/eller lukkeansvarlige.

Som åben- eller lukkeansvarlig får du et større ansvar for den daglige drift og bliver en vigtig del af teamet. Det kræver, at du er mødestabil, kan bevare overblikket, tager ansvar og kan arbejde selvstændigt.

Du skal være positiv, uanset hvilken opgave du er i gang med, og du skal med din arbejdsindsats være med til at gøre teamet endnu stærkere. Vi lægger stor vægt på godt samarbejde, god service og ikke mindst, at vores gæster går fra caféen med en god oplevelse.
