Voor een groeiende onderneming in Wijnegem op zoek naar een gedreven Category Manager Food & Value Papers om de aankoopafdeling naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert sterke categorie- en assortimentsplannen die aansluiten bij de marktbehoeften.
  • Je bouwt duurzame partnerships op, onderhandelt de beste voorwaarden en beheert leveranciersrelaties.
  • Je volgt marktontwikkelingen en commerciële opportuniteiten op de voet en zet deze om in concrete acties.
  • Je stuurt actief op het behalen van omzet-, marge- en groeidoelstellingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen Sales, Marketing en Supply Chain om doelstellingen naadloos op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring opgebouwd binnen category management, aankoop of productmanagement (medior niveau).
  • Je bent analytisch ijzersterk, commercieel gedreven en beschikt over uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en het Frans (zowel gesproken als geschreven).
  • Je bent proactief, resultaatgericht en schrikt er niet van terug om ook operationele/hands-on taken op te nemen.
