Voor Favril Accountancy, een warm en gevestigd familiebedrijf in Herentals waar de 3e en 4e generatie met veel enthousiasme samenwerken, zoeken wij een Assistent Boekhoudkundig Dossierbeheerder. Je komt terecht in een hecht team van 9 gedreven collega's waar traditie en een persoonlijke aanpak hand in hand gaan met verdere digitalisering, efficiënte werkprocessen en moderne AI-toepassingen. Ervaring in een accountancykantoor is absoluut geen vereiste: hier krijg je de ruimte, begeleiding en ondersteuning om stap voor stap te groeien binnen het vakgebied!

🛠️ Jouw dag als Assistent Boekhoudkundig Dossierbeheerder In deze functie ondersteun je de dossierbeheerders bij de dagelijkse verwerking en opvolging van boekhoudkundige dossiers. Jouw takenpakket is gevarieerd en leerrijk:

  • Administratieve & Boekhoudkundige verwerking: Je verwerkt en volgt documenten nauwgezet op en staat in voor het zorgvuldig inboeken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Dossiers vervolledigen: Je controleert dossiers op hun volledigheid en neemt proactief contact op met klanten en leveranciers om ontbrekende informatie of documenten op te vragen.
  • Groeien in boekhouding: Met behulp van de juiste begeleiding van ervaren collega's leer je geleidelijk aan steeds meer uitdagende boekhoudkundige taken aan.
  • Samenwerking & Innovatie: Je werkt nauw samen in teamverband, communiceert vlot en leert graag werken met slimme digitale toepassingen en AI.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een administratieve achtergrond, een opleiding boekhouden of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Basiskennis van boekhouden of ervaring met het inboeken van facturen is een pluspunt, maar zeker geen must.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, en pakt taken ook graag zelfstandig op.
  • Je staat open voor digitalisering, AI en het aanleren van nieuwe boekhoudkundige vaardigheden.
  • Je bent een échte teamplayer die vlot en vriendelijk communiceert in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Kennis van software zoals Expert/M of ClearFacts is een mooie troef, maar ook dit kun je op de werkvloer aanleren.
