Vivaldis Office is op zoek naar een accountant a-y/ boekhouder voor onze klant in Heusden-Zolder. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in thermische ontlakking en reiniging van industriële onderdelen.

Jouw takenpakket als accountant a-y / boekhouder bestaat uit:

  • De complete verwerking van inkomende en uitgaande facturen, inclusief bankverrichtingen en het voorbereiden en opvolgen van betalingsruns.
  • Actief debiteurenbeheer, waarbij je zowel telefonisch als via mail contact onderhoudt met klanten.
  • Het verlenen van ondersteuning bij maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingsprocessen, evenals het opstellen van financiële analyses en rapportages.
  • Het bijspringen in de boekhouding van zusterondernemingen bij afwezigheid van je collega's.
  • Nauw samenwerken met en ondersteuning bieden aan je directe collega's binnen de financiële afdeling.

Als accountant a-y / boekhouder herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je behaalde een bachelor in accounting en fiscaliteit.
  • Je beschikt over een relevante ervaring als boekhouder a tot y.
  • Je kan vlot werken met Microsoft Dynamics Business Central en hebt een uitstekende kennis van MS Excel.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands. Verder is het een pluspunt indien je andere talen beheerst.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, flexibel, discreet en functioneert optimaal in een internationale werkomgeving.
  • Je bent een échte teamplayer die goed gedijt in een hecht team van 3 collega's en een manager.
