Voor de vestiging te Wemmel zoeken wij een Business Support Manager voor de medische afdeling. Wij zijn een internationale speler in medische en veiligheidstechnologie, met oplossingen voor onder meer medische apparatuur, patiëntbewaking en persoonlijke bescherming.

Jouw functie

Als Business Support Manager sta je in voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een administratief team binnen de afdelingen Sales, Service en Workplace Infrastructure.

  • Je coördineert en begeleidt een team van ongeveer tien medewerkers.
  • Je zorgt voor structuur, efficiëntie en een vlotte samenwerking binnen het team.
  • Je optimaliseert administratieve processen en bewaakt de correcte opvolging van aankoop-, verkoop- en serviceprocedures.
  • Je helpt automatisering verder te integreren in de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je ondersteunt en coacht je collega’s bij het opmaken van offertes, het invoeren van bestellingen en het uitwerken van aanbestedingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen en externe partners.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van dossiers en grijpt tijdig in waar nodig.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over minstens een bachelordiploma en hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en werkt vlot met Excel.
  • Ervaring met SAP of een ander ERP-systeem is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht en stelt de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en communiceert vlot met collega’s en externe partners.
  • Je haalt energie uit het coachen en aansturen van een team.
  • Je bent proactief, georganiseerd en oplossingsgericht.
