⚙️ Jouw takenpakket

Als Calculator ben jij een onmisbare schakel tussen de aanvraag van de klant en de uitvoering op de werf:

  • Offerte-opmaak: Je analyseert technische plannen, aanvragen en lastenboeken om duidelijke en gedetailleerde offertes op te stellen.
  • Calculatie: Je berekent en schat de benodigde materialen, onderdelen en werkuren voor elk project nauwkeurig in.
  • Leveranciers & Prijsaanvragen: Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en vergelijkt deze kritisch.
  • Klantencontact & Advies: Je volgt ingediende offertes proactief op, onderhoudt contact met klanten en denkt actief mee over slimme technische en commerciële oplossingen. 🤝

  • Inzicht: Je kan vlot technische plannen en lastenboeken lezen, begrijpen en interpreteren. 📐
  • Analytisch & Digitale skills: Je bent nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en werkt vlot met de computer en administratieve software.
  • Talen: Je communiceert helder en professioneel met klanten, zowel in het Nederlands als het Frans. 🗣️🇫🇷
  • Attitude: Je werkt graag zelfstandig, stelt makkelijk de juiste prioriteiten, maar bent bovenal een echte teamspeler op wie collega's kunnen bouwen.
