Ben jij een technisch onderlegde autoliefhebber met oog voor detail en ambitie om mee te bouwen aan het succes van een sterk groeiende onderneming? Bij onze klant in Roeselare zoeken we een sleutelfiguur voor onze vestiging.

Een cruciale rol waarin je de volledige stroom van onze voertuigen beheert en op termijn uitgroeit tot de rechterhand van de zaakvoerder (inclusief planning en het bestellen van auto's op een volume van ca. 7.000 wagens per jaar).

Wat ga je doen?

In deze gevarieerde en verantwoordelijke functie ben je de spilfiguur tussen de inkomende wagens, de werkplaats en de verkoop:

  • Inkomende logistiek: Ontvangst van wagens, controleren van de CMR-documenten en het digitaal inschrijven van de voertuigen in het systeem.
  • Kwaliteits- en schadecontrole: Grondige inspectie van wagens op eventuele schade, aanmaken van de nodige labels en vignetten. Met behulp van een iPad voer je een gedetailleerde eindcontrole uit en stel je de definitieve optielijst op.
  • Aansturing & advies werkplaats: Je geeft gericht advies aan de mecaniciens over de nodige herstellingen om de wagens verkoopklaar te maken.
  • Onderdelenbeheer: Bestellen van alle ontbrekende stukken en onderdelen zodat de werkplaats vlot kan doorwerken.
  • Procesbeheer: Opvolging van het wagenpark totdat de voertuigen klaar staan voor de verkoop.
  • Toekomstperspectief: Doorgroeien naar de rol van rechterhand van de zaakvoerder, waarbij je mede verantwoordelijk wordt voor de globale planning en wagenbestellingen.

Waar beschik je over?

  • Technische achtergrond: Je hebt een sterke kennis van autotechniek (door opleiding of ervaring) om schade, opties en benodigde herstellingen correct in te schatten.
  • Nauwkeurigheid & digitale vaardigheid: Je werkt gestructureerd, hebt oog voor detail en bent vertrouwd met digitaal werken (bijv. via tablet/iPad).
  • Organisatorisch talent: Je kunt snel schakelen en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving waar grote aantallen wagens verwerkt worden.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag nauw samen met zowel de werkplaats als de zaakvoerder.
